21pp., 12mo. Printed with blue ink on cream paper. Saddle-stitched with blue ribbon, in light blue printed wraps. In fair condition, aged, worn and lightly creased. An interesting document, providing local information and casting light on the protocol of a Royal Visit. The document begins: '6th April. | I. 9.05 a.m. H.E. the Governor leaves Government House, accompanied by Staff, and drives to Government Wharf. | 9.10 a.m. The Governor, Mr. Basevi and Lieutenant Harrison embark on the Governor's Barge from the Eastern Jetty. By permission of Commander Geary Hill a launch from H.M.S. "Endeavour" will also proceed to the "Repulse" as "spare" launch. Harbour Master will embark in this launch. | 9.15 a.m. The Governor and Staff go on board H.M.S. "Repulse." Spare launch lies off the Ship. | 9.50 a.m. Major the Honourable Piers Legh, Surgeon Lieutenant-Commander White, Lieutenant W. D. C. Greenacre and Lieutenant Harrison enter the spare launch and lie off clear of the gangway. | 2. 10.00 a.m. H.R.H. the Prince of Wales and H.E. the Governor, accompanied by Staff Officers, enter the Governor's Barge in the following order: | Mr. Basevi | Captain Dudley North | Sir Godfrey Thomas | Vice-Admiral Sir Lionel Halsey | H.E. the Governor | H.R.H. the Prince of Wales. | The Barge leaves for the Eastern Jetty and is followed by the spare launch.'
