Two pages, 12mo, large hand: "As far as I am concerned you are heartily welcome to my little song and I am proud that you shpould include it in 'The Book of Irish Poetry' without any fee! | I do not know however what rights the editors of the Dublin Book of Verse may have. No conditions were made with him when I sent him this poem with others. | I am now settling in here, and see that we are neighbours. [Graves lived in Wimbledon]" Note: "Eleanor Alexander was born in Strabane, County Tyrone, the daughter of Cecil Frances. She was educated at home and has written poetry which was published in the Spectator and other periodicals. Her novels include Lady Anne's Walk; The Rambling Rector (1904) and The Lady of the Well."
